They weren't bothering with me OR trying to get my money back.
This guy was preying on customers and they didn't care. Have you ever heard such a thing? I left my promotional material on the machine, turned my stool up and watched the machine, gone no more than 30-60 seconds and could see the machine from where I was. They even told me that Since I had ''ABANDONED MY MACHINE, THE MONEY DID NOT BELONG TO ME ANY LONGER, IT ACTUALLY BELONGED TO THE CASINO AND THIS THIEF WAS STEALING FROM THE CASINO, NOT FROM ME'. They wouldn't call the police or anything and they told me if I wanted to call them I would have to do it myself. They basically told me that it was my fault because I ''ABANDONED MY MACHINE'' and that all they could do ( if they caught the guy which they never could or would have because it took them so long) Is ''ASK HIM TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK'. By the time they even tried to do anything, the guy apparently had fled the building. They drug it out one person after another. I had to flag down security guards several times to get any help. I went to Hollywood Casino August 14, 2016, After hearing an annoucement on the loud speaker regarding a promotion drawing, I got up for a few seconds to swipe my card in the machine about 20 ft from where I was and before I could return to my seat, someone stole my money out of my machine.
